Recently, Allan and I took our freshly purchased Coleman Stove to Lake Ming and made pancakes! During the pandemic, finding fun activities to do has proven to be a difficult thing. It was nice to have a mini-date to look forward to. I even found joy in prepping for our outing. Purchasing small items like a new pancake whisker/dispenser and picnic table cloth got me all pumped. Clearly, it doesn’t take much to make me happy.
As per usual, I also used our outing as an excuse to utilize my Polaroid Land camera too. SO, if you’re looking for a simple way to get out and enjoy quality time with loved ones outdoors, I’d say a quick pancake date just might be the way to go!
