Recently, Allan and I enjoyed a sweet getaway for my birthday!
We rented this Airbnb in Downtown San Luis Obispo and frequented our favorite spots, as well as some new ones, around town:

Field Day Coffee - new to us and SO, SO good! I even bought two new houseplants here!
Sycamore Mineral Springs - we rented a hillside hot tub for an hour and it was THEE best! SO cheap and SO relaxing!
The Poly Plant Shop - due to COVID regulations a reservation is currently required to physically shop in the store. Although a reservation slot wasn’t available, we ended up driving on campus to get a proverbial lay of the “Poly Plant Shop” land for our next trip!
